People Who Care’s 2025 golf tournament fundraiser, held on October 7 at The Club at Prescott Lakes, was a great success, thanks to 70+ sponsors and 96 golfers. It was an absolutely perfect autumn day, and celebrity guest host Rick Barry set the tone with a terrific tee shot to start things off at 9:00 am. All golfers enjoyed a nice buffet lunch following the round of golf, and Mr. Barry addressed the attendees and answered many questions about his illustrious NBA career. Best of all, People Who Care was able to raise a significant amount of money to support its mission to enable adults unable to drive to continue living independently and safely in their homes.
